Just found out last night my father passed away last weekend. My mom was just looking through the small town paper back where we are from to see if there was anybody she knows that has passed away. She just happen to see his name. Not sure why I'm posting this. But boy has it been a long year. My real father left my life when I was only 3 years old. I meet him again when I was 22 and again when I was 26. Me and my older brother never had much contact with him at all over the years. But it's shocking to see he passed away and we never even knew. Mine or my older brothers names are not even listed in his ad. I called back there today to find out what, where, and why. Sad day to call when it's Thanksgiving. Just odd to find out on the web. My step father now has always been known as my dad. He has been married to my mom for 24 years and raised me and my brothers. r.i.p.
